Our Organization The Susan M. Costa Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation is a non profit organization. It was founded on March 31, 2008 on behalf of Susan M. Costa who at the age of 36 lost her battle with Cholangiocarcinoma on January 20, 2008. The founders are Jeffrey R. Costa, Dr. Sanjay Jain, MD, and Dr. David Portnoy, MD. We are dedicated to researching and awareness for Cholangiocarcinoma and to help families suffering from this form of cancer. Please Help Us, Help Someone
